Overview

MCP assembles thousands of different tubular assembly part numbers for OEM's. Common assemblies include spherical rod ends, yoke ends, wire harnesses, bronze bushings, rubber and polyurethane bushings, grease zerks, shift knobs, and stamped and molded subcomponents.

Materials: tubular linkage tubes, tubular levers, tubular weldments assembled to ball joints, clevis yoke ends, spherical rod ends, fasteners, rubber boots, stampings, fabricated brackets, wire harnesses, polyurethane and rubber bushings, grease zerks. etc. Competitive Size Ranges: any size typical to linkages, lever assemblies, cab weldments, suspension tubes on trucks, Jeeps, off-highway vehicles. Competitive Volumes: 1 to 10,000/order Competitive Niche: We are competitive in the assemblies described above provided that we can manufacture at least 75% of the content (we manufacture wire forms, tube fabrications, stampings, laser cut plate, cables, and rubber and polyurethane molded components).

  • Male Spherical Rod End with high misalignment inserts, a double adjuster connector, and a welded, bend, fabricated, powder coated tube.
  • Aftermarket Suspension Track Bar for Jeeps - right end is a polyurethane bushing male rod end. Center is a threaded, welded and powder coated tube. Left End is a machined tube, drilled and tapped for a grease zerk, and fitted with a molded polyurethane bushing
  • Aftermarket Control Arms for Mustangs. Fabricated clevis, welded, powder coated. Provided as shown with all hardware included.
  • Aftermarket Control Arms for Jeeps - left end is a polyurethane bushing male rod end. Center is a threaded, welded and powder coated tube. Right End is a fabricated, welded, machined, powder coated male clevis.
