Materials: Oil-impregnated Bronze, molded Polyurethane, molded Nylon, molded Rubber Molded Size Range: MCP has the ability to mold nylon, polyurethane and rubber shapes up to about 4 cubic inches. Bore Size Range: for bronze bushings and molded bushings, id bore sizes range typically from 1/2" in diameter up to 1.50" in diameter Competitive Niche: MCP manufactures in-house molded products, stamped metals, laser and plasma cut metals, turned parts, wire forms, tube fabrications and even cloth and fabric products. Other in-house processes include welding, powder coating, tooling, forging, machining, etc. Any combination of these processes fit our competitive niche. Volume Niche: MCP serves the off-highway industry - so run quantities range from 25 to 5,000, with EAU's of 100 to 50,000.
