MCP Powder Coats in-house. MCP also hydrographically dips in-house. Powder Paint Line Capacity: MCP's system is designed to handle parts up to a 24" x 24" x 108" cube. For smaller parts, we have dozens of standard rack designs to accommodate higher volumes.

Hydrographic Dipping Capacity: Our hydrodip tanks are 4' x 6' and can handle parts as large as grab handles, bumpers, archery bows, wheels, etc. Competitive Niche: MCP is VERY competitive at powder coating in any volume.
