Overview

MCP molds polyurethane, nylon and rubber in-house. With shuttle and rotary indexing molders, MCP has the capacity to mold up to 4 cubic inches of material at one time. All tooling is made in-house.

Competitive Niche: MCP has two distinct molding niches: (1) standard components used in our standard product lines, and (2) applying molded components to one of our fabricating niches. With the right combination of processes, we are GLOBALLY COMPETITIVE.
